Hi there! I’m Zach, the owner of Upgrade Camping. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always enjoyed the outdoors. My dad (to his credit) supported me in this hobby even though he wasn’t such a huge fan himself.
One of my favorite childhood memories was the “Dad and Lad” Boy Scout camp. We got ourselves a little two-man dome tent and had just set it up when it began to pour.
We were cold (and wet), but it created this deep experience we still laugh about until today. It’s my hope that by sharing camping info with all of you that all people can get in touch with nature and have these experiences on their own or with their families.
A big dream of mine would be able to organize Upgrade Camping retreats for families that enjoy camping at different parks around the nation. You can help me do that by supporting my blog and sharing our posts.
